Because we sell unique, secondhand items, all sales are final.
Change of Mind & Sizing
  • We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
  • Please check all product measurements and item descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Faulty Items
  • We only offer refunds if an item has a major fault or defect that was not mentioned or visible in the product listing.
  • Please note that minor wear and tear is expected with secondhand clothing and is not considered a fault.
If your item is faulty, please email us at sydney@pollonflowers.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue so we can assist you.
