Domestic Shipping (Australia Only)
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post for a flat rate of $25.00 per order. This clear rate ensures your items, including heavier garments, shoes, and handbags, are securely packaged and fully tracked.

Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched the following business day. Please note that because our physical boutique is open Wednesday to Saturday, any orders placed between Sunday and Tuesday will be processed and dispatched on Wednesday when we reopen.

Delivery Estimates
Standard transit times via Australia Post typically take 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that cross-country deliveries (e.g., New South Wales to Western Australia) or regional shipments may take slightly longer. Tracking details will be emailed to you automatically as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier.

International Shipping
We strictly do not ship internationally at this time. We cater exclusively to customers within Australia.

Free In-Store Pickup (Click & Collect)
Local customers can bypass shipping fees by selecting "Local Pickup" at checkout. Orders are generally ready for collection within 1 hour during our normal trading hours.
